I didn't start with a degree or a roadmap. I started with a belief that if I outworked everyone and kept making better choices, things would change.
That belief turned out to be right.
Over the past 25 years, I built LightSpeed VT from nothing into one of the leading training platforms in the world. I closed deals with GM, UFC, Tony Robbins, and Grant Cardone, to name a few. I wrote a book, launched Dropping Bombs, one of the top business podcasts in the world, and built multiple companies across sales, training, financial services, and beyond.
But none of that happened because I had it figured out. It happened because I stayed disciplined, invested in the right relationships, and never stopped learning from every deal, every mistake, and every win.
I believe life is the result of the choices we make. I believe relationships matter more than money. I believe success requires discipline, not luck. And I believe the truth, even when it's uncomfortable, is always the fastest path forward.
My mission is simple: get the knowledge from the people who have it to the people who need it.
